液相纯碱法生产氧化铁黄技术研究

Abstract

Abstract: Iron oxide yellow was produced by liquid phase method with the by-product ferrous sulfate of titanium white production and industrial soda ash as main raw materials.In the presence of the crystal seed，ferrous sulfate was oxidized by the air，and ferrous sulfate and soda ash were continuously added dropwisely in the reaction process.Series of iron oxide yellow products could be obtained from light yellow to dark yellow by maintaining ferrous concentration and pH and through controlling the colored light progress.The success of this technology research and development had good social，economic，and environmental benefits.
