Abstract: Porous cementing material, with dicalcium silicate and calcium sulphoaluminate as the main minerals was prepared by adding different kinds and amounts of mineralizers, such as calcium fluoride, titanium oxide, and copper oxide, with some industrial waste residues like fly-ash,carbide slag, desulfurization gypsum, and so on as the raw materials.Calcium sulphoaluminate content was analyzed quantitatively with K value method by XRD technology, and the effect of different mineralizers on the formation of calcium sulphoaluminate was investigated.Experiment results showed that the addition of mineralizer could decrease the formation temperature of calcium sulphoaluminate and promote its formation. For calcium fluoride, when its doping amount reached 1%(mass fraction, same blew),the content of calcium sulphoaluminate was the highest, reached 12.43%,and when its amount exceeded 1%,calcium sulphoaluminate content began to decline. For titanium dioxide, when it doping amount reached 0.5%,the content of calcium sulphoaluminate was the highest, reached 17.85%,and when the its amount exceeded 1.5%,the content of calcium sulphoaluminate reduced obviously. For copper oxide, the optimum doping amount was at 0.5%~1.0%,when its amount was more than 1.5%,the content of calcium sulphoaluminate reduced obviously.
