陶瓷过滤机在磷精矿生产中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Working principle of TC series ceramic filters was introduced.Structure of ceramic filter was described.Practical situation of ceramic filter used in dehydration of phosphate concentrate in Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co.,Ltd.was studied and the comparasion was made on performance between ceramic filter and belt filter.Results showed ceramic filter had many advantages,such as high degree of automation,high vacuum,high efficiency,low cake moisture,and notably energy saving.When ceramic filter applied in dehydration of phosphate concentrate,the moisture of filter cake was stabilized at 10%～13% (mass fraction) which was 10% lower than belt filter.Ceramic filter is an ideal one among the phosphate concentrate dewatering equipments.
