Abstract:

As a general material, nano calcium carbonate has a wide range of application prospects and market demand, and has attracted much attention in recent years. However, due to the diversity of crystal forms of nano-calcium carbonate,it has different application potential in different fields. Therefore, the preparation methods, growth influencing factors and formation mechanism of nano-calcium carbonate with different crystal forms have been studied in depth, and the targeted preparation of specific crystal products has become the focus of current research. In this paper, the structure of nano-calcium carbonate was summarized firstly, and the advantages, disadvantages and mechanisms of two common preparation methods were summarized.Secondly, the research progress of crystal form control agent and preparation process on the regulation of nano-calcium carbonate crystal form was emphasized. It was also described that the two reactors were able to enhance the microscopic mixing effect between solutions, thus significantly improving the overall reaction efficiency. Finally,it was reviewed that the crystallization process of nano-calcium carbonate was controlled by both crystal nucleation and growth.By studying these two crystallization processes, the regulation mechanism could be better understood, and finally the precise regulation of crystal form and morphology could be achieved.
