Abstract:

In recent years, perovskites have attracted extensive attention because of their special structure.Among them, all inorganic perovskite quantum dots,as the next generation of luminescent materials, have received abroad research and attention because of their excellent luminescent properties. However, due to the toxicity and poor stability of Pb,perovskite quantum dots still face many obstacles in production and application. In order to solve these problems,a Cu2+ ion B-site doped CsPbCl3 perovskite quantum dot was introduced.Cu2+ was successfully doped into CsPbCl3 perovskite quantum dots by hot injection. It was found that Cu2+-doped CsPbCl3 quantum dots still maintained the initial tetragonal crystal structure.Due to the doping of Cu2+ ions, the surface defects of CsPbCl3 quantum dots were effectively eliminated, which promoted exciton recombination through radiation and improved the luminescence properties of CsPbCl3 quantum dots.Through the stability test,it was revealed that the luminescence intensity of Cu2+-doped CsPbCl3 quantum dots in water was significantly higher than that of CsPbCl3 quantum dots in certain time.
