高钙盐湖卤水浓缩结晶盐锂回收工艺研究

Study on lithium recovery process of concentrated crystal salt obtained from high calcium salt lake

摘要:

采用晒盐工艺进行提锂,在晒盐阶段锂损失量巨大,锂损失率往往高于40%。通过研究高钙卤水晒盐过程,分析得出钙结晶盐中锂的赋存情况主要以夹带为主,于是进一步考察不同洗涤液(饱和氯化钙溶液、预浓缩液、低锂原卤)对析出钙盐的洗涤效果,并讨论洗液的去向。当采用预浓缩液调浆,离心分离并用预浓缩液和少量淡水喷淋的方式洗涤钙盐效果较优。首先,采用预浓缩液调浆液固比(体积质量比,mL/g)为0.5及喷淋洗涤比(预浓缩液与湿盐的体积质量比,mL/g)为0.20洗涤时,洗涤后锂的平均质量浓度为6.90 g/L,洗液可返回晒盐池。随后,采用淡水进一步进行喷淋洗涤,当洗涤比为0.03时,锂的洗涤回收率可提高约10%,此时锂的质量浓度约为2.66 g/L,钙盐溶损为12.56%,可将其用于下一级洗涤,以进一步提高锂浓度,最后返回晒盐池。因此,采用上述洗涤钙盐工艺,钙盐中的锂的洗涤率为79.12%,从而可大幅提高锂收率。

Abstract:

During the brine evaporation process,the amount of lithium loss is enormous and the lithium loss rate is usually more than 40% with the evaporation-precipitation method.In this work,the evaporation process of the high calcium brine was studied and the result showed that the reason of lithium loss was entrainment of calcium crystal salt.Therefore,the effects of scrubbing solution which was saturated calcium chloride solution,preconcentrated solution or low lithium brine were further investigated on the washing of calcium crystal salts,and the disposal of the washing liquor was also discussed.It was founded that the effect of calcium crystal salts washing was best with the preconcentrated solution mixing-centrifugal separation-spray washing method.The detailed experimental conditions were as follows:firstly,the preconcentrated solution was used to mix the slurry and spray washing calcium crystal salts.When the slurry liquid-solid ratio(mL/g) was 0.5 and the spray washing ratio(mL/g) was 0.20,the lithium concentration in the washing solution was 6.90 g/L,and the washing solution could be returned to the salt evaporation pond.Subsequently,the fresh water was used for further spray washing.When the washing ratio was 0.03,the lithium recovery rate could be increased by another 10%,the lithium concentration was about 2.66 g/L,the dissolution rate of calcium crystal salts was about 12.56%.Then,the washing solution was recommended to use it for the next stage of washing to further improve the lithium concentration,and finally return to the salt evaporation pond.As a result,the washing rate of lithium reached about 79.12% with the above-mentioned washing calcium crystal salt process,which meant that the overall lithium recovery rate could be significantly improved.
