Abstract: Gaseous method has become the most common method to produce graphite fluoride because of its simply process and high purity product.The synthesis process involves two factors of high temperature and activity of fluorine，therefore， security control is very important.For the purpose of avoiding the latent danger in the production process，seeking the new method to improve the graphite fluoride′s quality，and promoting the whole preparation technology′s security，the research contrast about synthesis technologies of graphite fluoride from aspects of raw materials，reaction time，reaction temperature，equipment，and purification methods etc.was made.
