摘要: 回收利用黑灰法生产碳酸锶废渣中的锶元素,是提高锶资源综合利用水平、解决碳酸锶废渣环境污染问题的关键。采用盐湖开发副产的稀盐酸为浸取介质,浸取碳酸锶废渣,回收氯化锶产品,研究了盐酸用量与锶回收率的关系,并研究了浸取工艺对料浆分离性能的影响。结果表明:在75 ℃和pH=-1.52~1.40条件下浸取2 h,锶的回收率为75.9%~80.8%;料浆中和至pH为5~6,溶解的硅酸快速析出并形成易于分离的形态,可采用常规设备进行固液高效分离。研究结论可为该类废渣的酸浸控制和固液分离方式以及设备选择提供借鉴。

Abstract: Recycling strontium in waste residue of strontium carbonate production by carbon reduction method is the key to increase comprehensive utilization level of strontium resources and to slove the pollution of strontium carbonate waste residue.By-produced hydrochloric acid in salt lake exploitation was used as leaching medium to recover strontium chloride by leaching the strontium carbonate waste residue.Relation of hydrochloric acid dosage and strontium recovery rate as well as the influence of leaching process on separating property of slurry was studied.Results showed that strontium recovery rate was at 75.9%~80.8% when leaching for 2 h under the condions of 75 ℃ and pH at -1.52~1.40;after the slurry was neutralized to pH at 5~6,the dissolved silicic acid separated out rapidly and formed an easy state for separation,and then the general separating equipment can be adopted to reach high efficient solid-liquid separation.Research conclusion can provide a reference for acid leaching control,choosing solid-liquid separation mode and equipment selection of such kind of waste residues. 
