Abstract: Olivine-type lithium iron phosphate is a new-type lithium-ion battery cathode material which was developed in recent years.Meanwhile,it has gained people′s closely attention because of its low cost,environment-benignancy,and stabilization of thermodynamics.Preparation and modification methods of lithium iron phosphate were introduced,at the same time the thermal analysis,EIS,and Raman spectrum analysis which were used in designing of experiment process and in characterization of product′s fine structure were also introduced.
