Abstract: Low concentration acidic wastewater generated from the production of sodium fluosilicate with sodium chloride and dilute hydrofluosilicic acid as raw materials is very difficult to dispose.A new technology of recycling chlorine-containing wastewater by-produced from sodium fluosilicate production with amine as extractant was studied.Experiment results showed that the extraction rate of HCl in chlorine-containing wastewater could reach 100% when volume ratio of organic phase to water phase was 1 ∶1,mass fraction of chlorine in wastewater was about 3.0%,extraction temperature was 20 ℃,and extraction time was 10 min.Recycled wastewater can be returned to sodium fluosilicate production.Using 8% NH4Cl solution (mass fraction of ammonia) in the temperature 40 ℃ for 30 min,the back extraction could achieve good effect. It has an important realistic meaning for the realization of recycling of wastewater resources.
