Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体">Synthesis of zeolites from coal fly ash (CFA) is one of the effective ways of resource utilization.Synthesis method of zeolites with CFA as raw material,influencing factors of zeolite synthesis,potential application fields of zeolite were summarized.Synthesis methods are mainly including one-stage hydrothermal synthesis method,two-stage hydrothermal synthesis method,alkaline fusion hydrothermal synthesis method,microwave-assisted synthesis method,seeding synthesis method,and salt-thermal synthesis method.Major influencing factors of zeolite synthesis are the kind of CFA,dosage and concentration of alkali,reaction temperature,and reaction time etc..Water treatment,gas separation and purification,and soil improvement are the potential application fields.</SPAN>
