Abstract:
Due to the addition of iron salt during water-phase oxidation purification, refined yellow phosphorus contained higher iron impurity which reaches 90 <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">μg/g.Therefore,extraction system of P204-paraffin was applied to remove iron from refined yellow phosphorus.Furthermore, effects of many factors, such as mass fraction of extractant, stirring rate, extraction time, extraction temperature, and ratio of the two phases on iron removal rate and on phosphorous yeild, were studied with singular factor experiment. The optimal conditions were obtained:mass fraction of extractant was 15%,stirring rate was 500 r/min,extraction time was 20 min, extraction temperature was <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="True" SourceValue="70" UnitName="℃">70 <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">℃</st1:chmetcnv> and mass ratio of organic phase and yellow phosphorus was 10<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">∶1.With these optimal conditions, yellow phosphorus product with iron impurity of 10 <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">μg/g and recovery rate of 68% could be obtained, which could satisfy the request of general fine phosphorus chemical products.
