Abstract:

Discarded computer circuit boards is a typical electronic waste, which is rich in precious metal resources, and gold recycling is a hot spot in the research of waste computer circuit board resources. The thiourea was used to leaching gold from discarded computer boards, and the effects of thiourea mass concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature,Fe 3+ mass fra-cion and pH on gold leaching rate were investigated. The results showed that when the thioureamass concentration was 12 g/L,the reaction time was 60 min,the reaction temperature was 30 ℃,the Fe 3+ concentration was 0.45% and the pH was 1.5,the gold leaching rate reached 90.93%. The thiourea method has a wide application prospect because of its high leaching rate,non-toxicity during leaching, low environmental pollution, easy regeneration of reagents, and small interference ions.
