Abstract: Sodium percarbonate was prepared with sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, mix ratio of reactants, and aftertreatment techniques etc.on yield and stability of product were investigated and analyzed. The suitable conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature was 15 ℃,reaction time was 30 min,the amount of composite stabilizer(sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, and magnesium sulfate) was 1% (mass fraction),and the amount-of-substance ratio of sodium carbonate to hydrogen peroxide was 1∶(1.5~1.6).Under those conditions, the content of oxygen was high. After crystallization, the crystalline was washed by hydrogen peroxide solution at 50 ℃ for 3 h.Then the yield of sodium percarbonate reached 88% and mass fraction of active oxygen was 14.75%.After sodium percarbonate was stored for 35 days, mass fraction of active oxygen was still 13.90%,exhibiting better stabilization.
