草酸铵沉淀法制备纳米氧化钕研究

Abstract

Abstract: Nano-sized neodymium oxide precursor was prepared by precipitation method with neodymium nitrate and ammo- nium oxalate as raw materials，sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant.The precursor can be turned into nano-sized neodymium oxide powder after calcining in air.The influences of reaction temperature and concentration on the particle sizes of neodymium oxide were investigated.The size distribution of samples was measured with laser granularity instrument，and the samples were also characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Results showed the average parti- cle size of neodymium oxide was about 100 nm under the optimum conditions，and its morphology was flaky.
