Abstract: Molten nitrate plays an important role in new energy storage and utilization and industrial production. To understand the structure of the molten salt as well as its structure′s change in the mixing process,it has a great help for its high-effective future application.A lot of binary nitrates were made according to different mix ratios, and thermo-Raman spectrophotometer was used to determine the Raman spectra of the mixed nitrates at different temperatures. The structure changes of mixed nitrates in the process of heating up were obtained by comparing the information of the solid and the molten mixed nitrates. The decomposition situation of molten salt at high temperature was also obtained by spectrophotometric method.
