Abstract: Abstract:Two-step method was employed to removal the NO in flue gas.Firstly,NO was fixed by complex absorpion with the solution of FeⅡEDTA,and then NO can be oxidized to NO3- by H2O2.In order to regenerate the absorption liquid, the pH of the solution was adjusted to 4.0,and then add Fe powder to deoxygenate FeⅢ to FeⅡ,so that it can keep on absorbing NO.In the experiments, some factors, such as the pH of the FeⅡEDTA solution, concentration, temperature, and the amount of H2O2, which may affect FeⅡEDTA absorbing NO and further oxidating NO to NO3- were studied. Results showed that the oxidation efficiency of NO can reach 83.8%,when FeⅡEDTA(0.13 mol/L) was used to absorb NO and add H2O2 as the oxidizer later, the concentration of NO3- was 0.109 mol/L finally. After five recyclings of the absorption liquid,EDTA,molysite, and nitrate etc.,can be recovered by adjusting the pH to achieve comprehensive utilization, and the recovery rate of EDTA was 93.1%.
