Abstract: 11 impurities analysis methods for determination of Be,Mg,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd,Sb,Tl,and Pb in potassium dihydrogen phosphate by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was developed. After the sample was digested by HNO3,the above 11 impurities could be analyzed directly by ICP-MS.Li,Bi,In,and Rh were used to correct the matrix interference. Results showed the standard sample recovery rates of the 11 elements were in the range of 86.00%~118.77%.The relative standard deviation of the 11 elements were in the range of 3.79%~8.60%.The accuracy and precision of the methods both could meet the requirements. These methods are rapid, simple, and applicable for the analysis of various impurity elements in potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
