Abstract: Sodium sulphate - hydrogen peroxide - sodium chloride (4Na2SO4 •2H2O2 •NaCl) adduct was prepared with sodium sulphate, sodium chloride, and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials.Influences of dosage of hydrogen peroxide, reaction time, reaction temperature, and drying condition on the content of hydrogen peroxide of the product were studied.Experimental results showed that the product′s hydrogen peroxide mass fraction could reach over 9.20% when the addition of raw materials according to stoichiometric mass ratio of sodium chloride to sodium sulfate and slightly excessive hydrogen peroxide (30%,mass fraction),reaction time was 60 min, reaction temperature was at 15~30 ℃,drying temperature was 35 ℃,and dry time was about 60 min.In addition, the adduct was characterized by IR spectrum.Stabilty of the product was over 99.50% after a month′s storage at room temperature.
