Research progress of preparation and strengthening mechanism of graphene/copper-based matrix composites

Abstract:

The strength and electrical conductivity of copper-based materials contradict each other,which has become a key technical bottleneck in the development of high-end copper materials.Due to its unique structure and properties,graphene can be used as an ideal reinforcement for copper-matrix materials,which can significantly improve their mechanical properties.Therefore,in view of relevant research status at home and abroad,the current preparation methods of graphene-copper matrix composites were described in detail,including powder metallurgy,molecular-level mixing,chemical vapor deposition and electrochemical deposition.At the same time,the strengthening mechanism of graphene in copper-based composites was explained,and the corresponding calculation formula was put forward for quantitative processing,which was convenient to compare the experimental value with the theoretical value.Finally,the future performance improvement of graphene-copper matrix composites(including high-quality monolayer graphene preparation) and consistent graphene-copper orientation crystallization were prospected.
