Abstract:

The interfacial performance has an important influence on the enhanced oil recovery of the combined flooding. The lower the interfacial tension, the higher the oil washing efficiency;the higher the Zeta potential, the more stable the oil-water emulsion. The influence of various inorganic salts on the interfacial performance of Xinjiang oilfield combined flooding was studied. The results showed that the absolute value of Zeta potential increased with the increase of the concentration of inorganic salts.Among inorganic bases, carbonate ion had the best effect in reducing interfacial tension, followed by hydroxide, and bicarbonate was the worst.Among the cations, potassium ions had the best effect on reducing interfacial tension, followed by sodium ions, magnesium ions would slightly increase the interfacial tension, and calcium ions would greatly increase the interfacial tension.Among the anions, compared with the sulfate, chloride ion could reduce the interfacial tension.Through the above research, the drainage outside the sewage treatment station of Q station was more suitable for ASP flooding.
