Abstract:

Silicon carbide ceramic materials have been widely used as new materials due to their many excellent properties. Based on its rich and high-quality Taixi coal resources,Ningxia Province plays an important role in the silicon carbide material industry at home and abroad.Based on the literature research and field visits,the development process of silicon carbide industry in Ningxia for decades was studied and the characteristics of high output but low output value,taking up major market share but weak advantage and huge enterprise group but owning weak voice were reviewed.On account of this situation and the development trend,it was suggested that Ningxia silicon carbide industry should establish and strengthen the innovative cooperation mode of Industry-Academia-Research-Application among universities,enterprises and markets with the support of policies,and aim at the field of high-tech ceramic products and semiconductor electronic information materials on the basis of existing advantages,so as to speed up the high-quality development of the industry.
