Abstract

Abstract:

Boron-containing chemicals,such as boric acid,exhibit some outstanding characteristics like stimulus-response luminescence,sterilization,heat conduction,biological selectivity,chemical activity and ion capture due to the electrical and structure characteristics such as electron-deficient nature of boron.Therefore,boron-containing chemicals has new application prospects in the fields of luminescent materials,battery materials,thermal conduction materials,catalytic materials and medical diagnosis etc..Many boron-containing chemicals with new functions will be found and applied with the progress of science and technology.The research progress of boron-containing chemicals at home and abroad based on the boron-containing chemicals with new application prospects was summarized and analyzed.Combined with the developing status and problems of industrialization at home and abroad,the development trend of boron-containing chemicals in future was discussed.
