Abstract:

SrAl2O4:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ long afterglow luminescent materials with high initial luminous brightness and long afterglow time were prepared by high temperature solid phase method, and their luminescent properties were studied.Taking the initial luminous brightness as the response index, the response surface analysis method was used to determine the optimal process conditions for preparing strontium aluminate long afterglow luminescent materials with high initial luminous brightness:the sintering temperature of 1 306.74 ℃,the activator amount-of-substance fraction of 0.03%,the auxiliary activator amount-of-substance fraction of 0.03% and the flux amount-of-substance fraction of 0.28%.Under the conditions, the actual measured value of initial luminous brightness was 2 991 mcd/m 2,which was basically consistent with the theoretical predicted value of 2 998.71 mcd/m 2.This study can provide reference for the preparation of strontium aluminate long afterglow luminescent materials with high initial luminous brightness.
