摘要: 湿法磷酸中含有多种杂质,有机杂质是其中的一种。介绍了采用活性炭和化学氧化相结合脱除湿法磷酸中有机杂质的方法,分别研究了试剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和搅拌速度对脱除湿法磷酸中有机杂质的影响。结果表明,采用活性炭吸附和化学氧化相结合的方法脱除湿法磷酸中的有机杂质,最显著的影响因素为活性炭用量和双氧水用量;在最佳工艺条件下,该法可以脱除湿法磷酸中80.2%的有机杂质,净化后磷酸中残余的有机杂质含量低于食品级磷酸对有机杂质所要求的含量。该方法是脱除湿法磷酸中有机杂质的有效方法。 <BR>中图分类号:TQ126.35&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文献标识码:A&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文章编号:1006-4990(2008)12-0044-03<BR>

Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US>There are lots of impurities in wet-process phosphoric acid,such as organic impurities.In order to remove organic impurities from wet-process phosphoric acid,a technology which combines activated carbon adsorption with chemical oxidation was introduced.The effects of various factors,such as reagent dosages,reaction temperature,reaction time,and speed of stirring on the removal rates,were investigated.Results showed that the dosage of activated carbon and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide have notable effect on reducing the content of organic impurities in wet-process phosphoric acid.</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>80.2%</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>of organic impurities in wet-process phosphoric acid can be removed by this method under the optimal conditions.After purification,the remained organic material in phosphoric acid was even lower than the required content of organic impurities in food-grade phosphoric acid.So it is an effective method to decrease content of organic impurities in the </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman""></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>wet-process</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman""></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US> phosphoric acid.<BR></SPAN>
