前驱体转化法制备碳化硼粉体的研究进展

摘要:

碳化硼材料具有优良的物理和化学性能,被广泛应用于各个领域。目前,传统的碳热还原方法生产碳化硼粉体存在温度高、产率低、环境污染重等问题。相比之下,前驱体转化法具有能耗低、工艺简便、原料易得、产品尺寸小等特点,在制备碳化硼粉体方面有明显的优势。详细介绍了前驱体转化法合成碳化硼粉体的制备过程,综述了使用不同碳源经前驱体转化法合成碳化硼粉体的最新研究进展,并展望了前驱体转化法合成碳化硼的研究方向。

Abstract:

Boron carbide material has been widely used in various fields because of its excellent physical and chemical prop-erties.At present,the traditional carbothermic reduction method for producing boron carbide powder has problems such as high temperature,low yield and heavy environmental pollution.In contrast,the precursor derived method has a lot of advanta-ges such as low energy consumption,simple process,easy availability of raw materials and small product size.This method had shown great advantages in the preparation of boron carbide powder.The preparation process of boron carbide powder syn-thesized by precursor derived method was introduced in detail.The latest research progress of synthesis of boron carbide pow-der by precursor derived method with different carbon sources was summarized.Moreover,the research direction on the preparation of carbide powder using precursor derived method was prospected.
