甲醇沉淀法净化湿法磷酸制备工业级磷酸一铵

摘要: 工业级磷酸一铵多采用热法磷酸为原料,成本较高且污染严重。研究了一种利用湿法磷酸制备工业级磷酸一铵的新方法,通过利用甲醇沉淀法净化杂质含量较高的低浓度湿法磷酸(五氧化二磷质量分数为17.44%),并在溶剂存在的情况下制备工业级磷酸一铵。研究结果表明,经过本实验方法净化后的湿法磷酸在溶剂甲醇存在的情况下,所制备的磷酸一铵产品符合HG/T 4133—2010《工业磷酸二氢铵》的标准,并且磷的总回收率可达75%以上。

Abstract: The industrial mono-ammonium phosphate(MAP) is usually produced from thermal phosphoric acid,however,the cost is high and the pollution is severe.A new method that produce MAP by using wet process phosphoric acid(WPA) was studied.The wet process phosphoric acid(mass fraction of P2O5 was 17.44%) with high impurities content and low concentration was purified by the methanol precipitation method,and MAP was prepared in the presence of solvent.Results showed that the method that the MAP produced through purification of WPA in methanol meets  the requirement of industrial standard(HG/T 4133—2010 Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate for Industrial Use),and the absorption ratio of phosphorus(as P2O5)was above 75%.
