ICP法与AA法测定固体废物六价铬比较与评价

摘要: 六价铬是一种有毒致癌性元素。GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》规定浸出液中六价铬质量浓度限值为5 mg/L。根据GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》以及HJ 687—2014《固体废物六价铬的测定》两个标准,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP法)与原子吸收光谱法(AA法)对固体废物中六价铬的测定进行了方法验证,同时对上海某企业13个固体废物样品进行了六价铬测定。结果表明,ICP法与AA法均能测定固体废物浸出毒性中的六价铬质量浓度,方法验证中的线性关系、准确度、精密度均可接受。在测定六价铬质量浓度时两种测定方法差异不显著。13个固体废物样品中有4个样品浸出液中六价铬质量浓度均超过5 mg/L,这4个样品被判为危险废物。

Abstract: Hexavalent chromium is a toxic and carcinogenic element.The mass concentration limit of hexavalent chromium in the leaching solution was 5 mg/L stipulated in the Identification Standard of Hazardous Waste of the Identification of Leaching Toxicity,GB 5085.3—2007.According to GB 5085.3—2007 and Solid Waste Determination of Hexavalent Chromium,HJ 687—2014,the determination of hexavalent chromium in solid waste for method validation was made by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP) and atomic absorption spectrometry(AA).At the same time,hexavalent chromium was also determined in 13 solid waste samples from a Shanghai company.Results showed that ICP and AA were both able to determine the concentration of hexavalent chromium in the leaching toxicity of solid waste,and linearity,accuracy,and precision all could be accepted in method validation.No significant difference between the two methods in the determination of the concentration of hexavalent chromium.In 13 samples of solid wastes,hexavalent chromium concentrations of 4 samples′ leaching solution was above 5 mg/L.Therefore,they were convicted of hazardous wastes.
