白云石制镁钙砂消化工艺及成型压力研究

摘要: 以天然白云石为原料,采用二步煅烧法制备镁钙砂。将白云石破碎,在850 ℃煅烧,消化、烘干、压制成块体,再于1 650 ℃煅烧,制得镁钙砂。研究了消化工艺条件和成型压力对镁钙砂的烧结性能和抗水化性能的影响。优化工艺条件:消化水用量(物料与水的质量比)为3∶1,消化时间为1 h,成型压力为200 MPa。成型压力对镁钙砂的烧结性能和抗水化性能的影响不大。

Abstract: Magnesium calcium sand was prepared by a two-step calcination process with nature dolomite as raw material.Dolomite was crushed,calcinted at 850 ℃,digestion,drying,and compressed into blocks,and then calcined at 1 650 ℃ to prepare magnesium calcium sand.The effects of digestion process conditions and molding pressure on sintering properties and hydration resistance of magnesium calcium sand were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows:digestive water consumption was 3∶1(mass ratio of material and water),digestion time was 1 h,and molding pressure was 200 MPa.Molding pressure had little effect on the sintering properties and hydration resistance of magnesium calcium sand.
