摘要: <FONT face=Verdana>摘要:以硝酸铅为铅源,以过硫酸钾为强氧化剂,在碱性条件下,采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)辅助低热固相氧化法,首次成功制备了片状纳米二氧化铅。在反应过程中,二价铅盐首先与碱发生一步低热固相反应,生成橘红色的一氧化铅中间产物,该中间产物在碱性条件下进一步与过硫酸钾发生低热固相氧化反应,得到目标产物二氧化铅。SDS的引入对产物片状结构的形成起到了决定性作用。进一步借助XRD和TEM测试手段对所制备的纳米材料的晶型、形貌及大小进行了表征。XRD测试结果证实,所得样品为二氧化铅。TEM测试结果表明,所得二氧化铅纳米片的平均尺寸为300 nm×200 nm。<BR>中图分类号:TQ134.33&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;文献标识码:A&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;文章编号:1006-4990(2008)10-0021-02<BR></FONT>

Abstract: With PbNO<SUB>3</SUB> as raw material and K<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>8 </SUB>as strong oxidant,lead dioxide nanosheets were successfully synthesized at the first time by low temperature solid-state redox reaction assisted by the anionic surfactant-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) under the alkali condition.In the reaction,the orange PbO precursor was obtained with the solid-state reaction of the Pb (Ⅱ) compound and NaOH at a low temperature,then the PbO was further oxidized to PbO<SUB>2</SUB> under alkali condition by using K<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>8</SUB> as oxidant.The introduced surfactant SDS played a key role for controlling the sheet structure of the PbO<SUB>2</SUB> product. In addition,the crystal form and morphology of PbO<SUB>2</SUB> sample were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The result of XRD showed that sample was PbO<SUB>2</SUB>.TEM test result indicated that the prepared PbO<SUB>2</SUB> displayed irregular sheet morphology,and its average size was about 300 nm×200 nm.<BR>
