摘要: <FONT face=Verdana>针对目前硫代锑酸钠制备工艺的不足,设计出用硫化钠浸出锑酸钠制备硫代锑酸钠的新工艺。该工艺具有原料成分稳定、浸出率高、工艺简单、产品品质好、没有中间产品、比较经济合理等优点。探讨了硫化钠的用量、浸出温度、浸出时间等因素对锑酸钠浸出率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:温度95 ℃、时间3 h、机械搅拌、硫化钠与锑的质量比为2.8,在最佳工艺条件下,浸出率可达97.42%。并研究了搅拌、缓冷的结晶制度对产品纯度的影响及氢氧化钠的浓度对硫代锑酸钠溶解度的影响,得到品质优良、粒度均匀的淡黄色结晶。<BR>中图分类号:TQ135.31&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文献标识码:A&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文章编号:1006-4990(2008)01-0035-02<BR></FONT>

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcoming of sodium sulfantimonate preparation process,a new preparation process was designed which adopted sodium sulfide to leach sodium sulfantimonate from sodium antimonate.The new process has many good features,uch as stable ingredients of raw materials,high leaching rate,simple procedure,good quality,no semifinished product,economical and reasonable etc..The influences of such factors as sodium sulfide consumption,leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching rate were investigated in detail.The experimental results showed that the optimum process conditions were:leaching temperature is 95 ℃,leaching time is 3 h,mechanical agitation and weight ratio of sodium sulfide and antimony is 2.8.Under these conditions, the leaching rate can reach 97.42%.In addition,the effect of agitation and retarded-cooling crystallization process on purity of products and the effect of concentration of sodium hydrate on solubility of sodium sulfantimonate were also studied.The prepared products were yellowish crystal with good quality and even particle size.<BR>
