纳米四氧化三铁模拟酶催化光度法 测定食品中痕量双氧水

摘要: 纳米四氧化三铁具有过氧化物模拟酶功能,在pH=1.42的HCl-NaAc介质中,催化双氧水产生羟基自由基迅速氧化甲基橙使其褪色,基于此建立了一种过氧化氢-甲基橙-纳米四氧化三铁模拟酶催化反应体系测定痕量双氧水的新方法。讨论了缓冲溶液、纳米四氧化三铁用量、反应温度及反应时间的影响,确立了最佳反应条件。在优化的条件下,该方法的线性范围为1.17 ~35.2 μmol/L,检出限为0.6 μmol/L。该法用于食品中痕量双氧水的测定,取得满意的结果。

Abstract: Fe3O4 nanoparticles has catalytic mimic enzyme function of peroxide,which catalyze H2O2 to produce the hydroxyl radicals that could rapidly oxidize methyl orange and make it fade in HCl-NaAc at pH of 1.42.Accordingly,a novel method for determination of trace hydrogen peroxide by hydrogen peroxide-methyl orange-Fe3O4 nanoparticles mimic enzyme ca- talyzed reaction system was established.The influences of buffer solution,dosage of nano-sized particles of Fe3O4,reaction temperature,and reaction time were discussed and optimum conditions were confirmed.Under the optimized conditions,the linear range of determination was at 1.17~35.2 μmol/L and the detection limit was 0.6 μmol/L.The method has been applied to determine H2O2 in foodstuff with satisfactory results.
