摘要: 对石灰石-苦卤法、氨法制备高纯镁砂工艺原理及工艺技术特点进行了综述。分析了两种工艺过程中应注意的问题,并对石灰石-苦卤法、氨法制备高纯镁砂的工艺进行比较。结果表明,用氨法制备氧化镁的工艺技术具有一定的技术和地域优势。控制合适的反应温度和镁、氨物质的量比,可得到综合指标较理想的产品。在保证产品性能的前提下,应寻求降低烧结温度的更好方法。

Abstract: Process principles and techincal characteristics of preparing high purity magnesia by limestone-bittern method and ammonia method were summarized.Problems that should be paid attention to in the two processes were analyzed and a comparison between the two methods were also made.Results showed that ammonia method had a certain technical and regional superiority.Product with ideal comprehensive index could be obtained by the appropriate  control of reaction temperature and amount-of-substance ratio of magnesium to ammonia.In addition,on the premise of ensuring product performance,it′d better seek better ways to reduce the sintering temperature.
