磷酸二氢钾在乙腈-水溶剂中溶解度的测定与关联

Determination and correlation of solubility of potassium dihydrogen phosphate in acetonitrile-water solvent

摘要:

采用静态平衡法测定了293.15~318.15 K条件下磷酸二氢钾在乙腈-水溶剂中的溶解度,采用Apelblat模型对实验数据进行拟合,计算了磷酸二氢钾的溶解焓。结果表明:Apelblat模型能较好地关联磷酸二氢钾在乙腈-水溶剂中的溶解度,回归相关系数R2大于0.97;平均相对误差小于5%;在乙腈质量分数为0~0.838时,磷酸二氢钾的溶解焓为15.12~55.30 kJ/mol。得到了适用于磷酸二氢钾-乙腈-水体系的Apelblat模型,可为磷酸二氢钾的盐析结晶工艺提供热力学数据。

Abstract:

The solubility of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) in acetonitrile-water solvent was determined by the static equilibrium method in the temperature range of 293.15 K to 318.15 K.The experimental data was fitted with Apelblat model and the dissolution enthalpy of KDP was calculated.The results showed that the Apelblat model could correlate the solubility of KDP in acetonitrile-water solvent.The fitting correlation coefficient R2 was above 0.97,and the average relative deviation was less than 5%.The KDP dissolution enthalpy ranging from 15.12 kJ/mol to 55.30 kJ/mol with the mass fraction of acetoni-trile varying between 0 and 0.838.The Apelblat model suitable for the system of KDP-acetonitrile-water was obtained,which could provide thermodynamic date for the salt-out crystallization process of KDP.
