Research on process of production ammonium dihydrogen phosphate by ammonia purification of nitro-phosphoric acid

Abstract

In view of the problem that phosphogypsum would be by-produced in the process of producting ammonium dihydrogen phosphate by wet phosphoric acid by sulfuric acid method,an ammonia neutralization process to produce industrial grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate based on the purification liquid after deep decalcification and denitrification of frozen mother liquor by nitric acid method was used,and the effects of reaction temperature,phosphoric acid concentration,reaction time,stirring rate,pH,impurity ion concentration and other factors on the ammonia neutralization process were systematically studied,and the results showed that phosphate precipitation generated by impurity ions in the process of ammonia neutralization affected phosphorus yield.And the impurity ions were mainly affected each other by forming complex salt precipitation.By comparing the composition of the filtrate after ammonia neutralization,it could be concluded that the best process conditions were:P2O5 concentration was 15%,reaction temperature was 85 °C,stirring rate was 250 r/min,reaction time was 40 min,pH was 4.3,and finally the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate product prepared under the best process conditions met the requirements of the first-class product standard.
