Experimental study on salt separation of high salt wastewater from coal chemical HERO by DTNF nanofiltration membrane

Abstract

The salt separation effect of DTNF nanofiltration membrane was tested at recovery rate of 70%,80% and 90%,and the high-level oxidation was selected to purify the coal chemical high salt wastewater from Xinjiang after HERO concentra-tion.The pilot test results showed that DTNF nanofiltration membrane had a good salt separation effect for HERO high con-centration salt wastewater;the purity of sodium chloride crystal salt after upgrading was ≥98.5%,which met the first grade standard of refined industrial dry salt in Industrial Salt(GB/T 5462—2015);the purity of sodium sulfate crystal salt was ≥98%,which met the first grade standard in Class Ⅱ of Industrial Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate(GB/T 6009—2014).
