Application effect analysis of electronic cleaner in circulating water system

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of circulating water in the cooling tower,solve the problem of freezing equipment and pipeline scaling and ensure the continuity of production,an electronic cleaner at the circulating pool of the cooling tower was installed in the production workshop.The part of the circulating water passes through the electronic descaler and returns to the cooling tower,which filters the circulating water.After installation,the impurities were removed from the circulating pool.The solid content decreased from 53.95% to 18.32%,and the hardness decreased from 1 513.87 mg/L to 905.36 mg/L,which were lower than the standard requirements.Moreover,the frequency of cleaning and scaling of the refrigeration equipment and pipelines was reduced,and the workload of the employees was also reduced.The voltage and current values were continuously tracked for more than one month.Results showed that voltage and current values both fluctuated within a reasonable range,and the equipment ran smoothly.The continuous operation of the equipment was ensured.The electricity costs were saved.Meanwhile the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection were met.
