Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Titanium dioxide nanocrystal thin film has become the focus of research due to its excellent properties and the preparation of this thin film has important practical significance.Research progress in preparation technologies of titanium dioxide thin film at home and abroad in recent years was introduced,mainly involving the preparation of high activity photocatalytic titanium dioxide thin films(preparation methods included:sol-gel method,screen printing method,laser chemical vapor deposition method,hydrothermal crystallization method,and electrophoresis method),common carriers for titanium dioxide thin films as well as their research works in terms of environmental protection and applications etc..Research direction in the future was pointed out at last.</SPAN>
