Abstract: By means of systemetical analysis on the production process of anhydrous sodium sulfate in Nafine Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,the impacts of the process on the environment of air, water, and sound were described quantitatively. The major air pollutant generated in the anhydrous sodium sulfate production is sodium sulfate dust in the tail gas from drying system.Through cyclone and wet-method to collect the dust, not only the sodium sulfate can be recovered, but also the discharge of waste gas can meet the discharge standard.Moreovers the various kinds of wastewater in the process were all used to dissolve chemical raw materials and realized wastewater zero drainage thereby. All the equipment adopted corresponding shock-absorbing and noise controlling measures and the noise within battery limit was in accord with the relative standard. There was no solid wastes stacking, which were all used for raw materials production and paving the way.
