Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体">Sodium phosphate salts,which mainly include sodium orthophosphate,sodium pyrophosphate,sodium polyphosphate,and sodium metaphosphate,are the largest produced and consumed phosphate products in industrial phosphates.Their technical exploitation and market development are both relatively mature.Sodium hexametaphosphate is a functional phosphate which can be widely used in industrial productions,such as washing,water treatment,food,mineral concentration and metallurgy.Application fields of sodium hexametaphosphate was summarized.Production technologies,mainly include two-step sodium dihydrogen phosphate production process and one-step phosphorus pentoxide production process of sodium hexametaphosphate,as well as advantages and disadvantages of various methods were introduced in detail.Production technology development tendency of sodium hexametaphosphate was put forward. </SPAN>
