Study on mineralization enrichment technology of medium and low grade collophanite acid solution

Abstract:

In order to achieve the sustainable development of phosphorus chemical industry,it is necessary to reduce the waste of phosphate mineral resources,explore the new utilization technology of medium and low grade collophanite ore,and provide a new method for the development and utilization of phosphate mineral resources.Taking medium and low grade collophanite acid solution as the research object,the high grade phosphate concentrate was produced by calcium carbonate and lime milk neutralization two mineralization and ammonia enrichment.The experiment was focused on research of calcium carbonate and lime milk neutralization and ammonia ammonia optimal pH value.The enrichment of high grade phosphate concentrate was through process exploration.Then the increase of phosphorus yield was explored,the efficient utilization of phosphorus resources was realized.The results showed that the mineralization enrichment process of medium and low grade collophanite acid solution pH using calcium carbonate to 2.08,150 min,then lime milk regulation pH to 2.79,finally with ammonia pH to 3.52,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade higher than 36% was generated,phosphorus yield was about 99.5%,the filtrate after concentration caould produce qualified ammonium nitrate compound fertilizer products.This study provided new ideas and methods for the efficient utilization of medium and low grade collophanite ore,which was of great significance for the exploitation and utilization of medium and low grade collophanite ore resources in the future.
