Abstract: Titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalysts were prepared by sol-precipitation method and characterized by XRD and isothermal nitrogen adsorption-desorption.Effects of calcination temperature on crystal phase, grain size, and micropore structure were investigated.Experimental results indicated that phase of TiO2 changes from anatase to rutile and grain size of TiO2 also increases along with elevation of calcination temperature. However, specific area and pore volume had diminishing tendency gradually. In addition, microstructure can also change greatly with variation of calcination temperature.
