Abstract: Sb-doped tin hydroxide colloidal precipitate precursor was synthesized with tin chloride pentahydrate(SnCl<SUB>4</SUB>·5H<SUB>2</SUB>O)and antimony trichloride(SbCl<SUB>3</SUB>)ethanol solution as raw materials.Precursor was dried by using isoamyl acetate azeotropic drying method.Structure,morphology,dispersity,and specific surface area of powders were characterized by XRD,TEM,IR,and BET etc..Results showed Sb-doped tin oxide nanopowders with less agglomeration,good dispersity,small crystal particles,and uniform particle size have been obtained through heat treatment of precursor dried by isoamyl acetate. 
