Abstract: Solid state reaction under low temperature has many advantages,such as high-yield and-selectivity,low cost,little pollution,less energy consumption,and simple synthesis technology.Research advances of application of its commonly used methods,such as direct reaction method,precursor method,surfactant method,and ligand method in recent years,were introduced.It put forward that further research on reaction mechanism and finding the method with extensive adaptabillity will greatly promote development of low temperature solid state reaction in synthesis of inorganic nano-materials.
