Abstract: Along with the development of polysilicon industry,problems such as environmental pollution of polysilicon by-products have become increasingly serious.Harmless treatment and reusing for polysilicon by-products are pressing and urgent.Optimized conditions of using polysilicon by-products to prepare barium chloride were obtained by studying influencing factors in preparation process.Experimental results showed that it is feasible for the  preparation of barium chloride with polysilicon by-product.This method is of significant for the development of solar and polysilicon industry in China,because it will be beneficial to solving serious pollution of polysilicon by-products,reducing costs,and increasing economy benefit.
