Technology of pharmaceutical grade calcium chloride dehydrate

Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US>Pharmaceutical grade calcium chloride dehydrate has been prepared with industrial calcium carbonate and industrial hydrochloric acid as raw materials through the procedures of reaction,impurity removal,and evaporation etc..Influences of various factors on the product quality were studied and better process conditions were confirmed:pH of solution was 4 when removing arsenic;activated charcoal adsorption time was 1.5 h;pH of solution was 8.5 when removing iron,magnesium,and aluminum etc.;pH of solution was 4 before evaporation;evaporization temperature was <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="True" SourceValue="160" UnitName="℃">160 <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman""><SPAN lang=EN-US>℃</SPAN></SPAN></st1:chmetcnv>.This technology made the basic inorganic chemical raw materials become high-quality and high value added pharmaceutical grade chemical products.In addition,the technology was characterized by simple process,good payback,and high profit,which is feasible for industrialization.Therefore,it is not only in line with market economy law,but also conforms to the direction in developing fine chemicals and series chemicals in China.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;<BR></SPAN></SPAN>
