Abstract: Using tin bichloride-glycerol mixed solution as reductant,the determination method of phosphorus content for bioceramic base-material-β-calcium phosphate with phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry has been established.The optimum determination conditions were confirmed:at the wavelength of 690 nm,Beer′s law was obeyed in the mass concentration range of phosphorus from 0 to 0.4 μg/mL;the linear regression equation is y=0.015 3 x-0.000 3;the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.997 3;and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.55×104 L/(mol·cm);RSD is in the range of 0.09%~0.12% and the standard sample recovery rate is over 98.72%.The method is feasible both in precision and in accuracy.
