Abstract: Ammonia is a main material for production of soda ash with Hou′s Process.The characteristic pollution factor is just ammonia which exists in waste water，waste gas，and ammonia Ⅱ mud，so an important way to solve environmental problem is to reduce the ammonia pollutants for Hou′s Process soda plant.A typical Hou′s Process soda plant is taken as an example，to find solutions for the emission-reduction.The enterprise lowers ammonia consumption and controls pollution from the source to implement clearing production，thereby achieves the goals of consumption reduction，emission decrease and benefit enhancement.
