Abstract: The purifying technique of wet-process phosphoric acid and drip-irrigation fertilization technique were advanced techniques being spread in recent years. The former can greatly save energy consumption and the latter can achieve the aim of saving water and improving manurial effect. In this paper,a process plan has been proposed for the joint production of drip-irrigation monoammonium phosphate (MAP) and industrial grade disodium hydrogen phosphate (DSHP) with the raffinate from phosphoric acid purification apparatus. The joint production of drip-irrigation MAP and DSHP,not only took full advantage of sodium ions in raffinate, but also overcame the deficiency of raffinate, which can not be used alone to produce drip-irrigation MAP.Meanwhile, the production cost can be reduced when producing the two products at the same time. The advantage of joint production consists in its using the mother solution of drip-irrigation MAP to produce DSHP.Experiments proved that this technology is feasible, for it can produce high quality, drip-irrigation MAP and DSHP with low cost and large market competitive capability.
