Abstract: New regeneration catalyst for anthraquinone degradation products was prepared by direct rapid dehydration method and with aluminum hydroxide as raw material.Using the surface in situ growth technology and adopting solid alkali-and-catalyst doping-and-compounding technology, new extruded regenerating catalyst for anthraquinone degradation products with pore volume≥0.55 mL/g,surface areas≥180 m2/g,regeneration activity≥5 g/L,and service life≥90 d was prepared. The surface in situ growth technology was favorable for the growth of primary particles of alumina and for increasing mesopore of it,so as to prepare active alumina with larger pore volume and higher surface area;solid alkali and catalyst doping could strengthen the interaction between the active component and the carrier,to avoid the rapid loss of the active component, thus greatly improve the activity and service life of new catalyst.
